The packages here run from three to eight days. Five to six days is enough to pair Cairo with either Luxor or a short Nile cruise; eight days lets you add the Red Sea or spend longer on the river. What each one covers is set out on its own page.

Yes. Several packages do exactly that, flying you south from Cairo to join a cruise between Luxor and Aswan. Check the itinerary on the package you are considering to see which cities and which stretch of river it includes.

They can. Nights, cities and the order of the itinerary can usually be adjusted, and packages can be extended with additional destinations. Tell us your dates and what you want to see and we will rework it around you.

It depends on the package. Some itineraries move between cities by air and include those flights; others travel overland or by cruise. The inclusions listed on each package page are the ones that apply.

Most packages include arrival and departure transfers, but this is not universal and can depend on which airports your trip uses. Confirm it against the inclusions on the specific package.

Guided sightseeing and transfers are generally arranged privately. Nile cruise sailings are the exception: a cruise ship carries other passengers, even when your touring ashore is private.

October through April is the most comfortable for sightseeing, particularly in Upper Egypt. Summer trips run but are hot at midday, so itineraries tend to start earlier. Availability and pricing shift with the season.
